I. Basic provisions
1. The controller of personal data pursuant to § 5(o) of act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as"the Act")is Minalox s.r.o., ID: 51646994 with its registered office at Malé Leváre 420, 908 74 Malé Leváre (hereinafter referred to as: "operator").

3. Personal data shall be understood to be all information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a particular identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or by reference to one or more specific elements of the natural, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
II. Sources and categories of personal data processed
1. The Controller processes the personal data you have provided to him/her or the personal data obtained by the Controller as a result of fulfilling your order.
2. The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III. Legal reason and purpose of the processingof personaldata
1. The legal reason for the processing of personal data is
- performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to § 13(1)(b.b) of the Act,
- legitimate interest of the operator in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business announcements and newsletters) pursuant to § 13(1)(f) of the Act,
- Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (especially for sending business announcements and newsletters) pursuant to § 13 para. 1(a) of the Act
2. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to
- fulfilling your order and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Operator; when ordering, personal data are required, which are necessary for the successful execution of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it by the controller,
- sending business announcements and carrying out other marketing activities.
3. There is no / automatic individual decision-making by the operator in accordance with Section 28 of the Act. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.
IV. Retention period of personal data
1. The Controller shall store personal data
- for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and the enforcement of claims from these contractual relations (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
- consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked for the longest period of time
2. Upon expiry of the retention period of personal data, the controller shall delete the personal data.
In. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)
1. Recipients of personal data are persons
- involved in the supply of goods / services / execution of payments under the contract,
- ensuring e-shop operation services (www.minalox.sk) and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
- marketing services.
2. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
VI. Your rights
1. Under the conditions set out in the Act, you have
- the right of access to his/her personal data pursuant to § 21 of the Act,
- the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Section 22 of the Act, or restriction of processing pursuant to § 24 of the Act,
- the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to § 23 of the Act,
- the right to object to processing pursuant to § 27 of the Act,
- the right to data portability pursuant to § 26 of the Act,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller referred to in Article III of these Conditions.
2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
VII. Privacy Policy
1.The Controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form, in particular invoicing data (name and address, contact)
3. The Controller declares that only persons authorised by him/her have access to the personal data.
VIII. Final provisions
1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
2. You agree to these terms by ticking your consent via the Internet form. By ticking consent, you confirm that you are familiar/familiar with the Privacy Policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
3. The operator shall be entitled to change these conditions. It will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on its website and at the same time send you a new version of these Terms to your e-mail address, which you have provided to the controller.
These Terms shall enter into force on 21.1.2021.
