Complaint of goods

It is in our interest to resolve the complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. If the claim is accepted, a new product will be sent to the address specified in the original order. If you wish to change the delivery address, please send it to us in writing by e-mail info@minalox.sk or put it on the form.


Complaint procedure

Pack the goods together with a copy of the proof of purchase in their original packaging and send them to Minalox, May 1, 2900/111, 90101 Malacky. We recommend that you send the goods by registered mail. Do not send us the goods by cash on delivery, they will not be received.
